CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS
· In a career spanning over 39 years, I’ve held positions of progressive responsibility, combining new technology with efficient and cost-saving measures.
· At Blount Communications, I expanded my skills from station manager to include technology, sales, and programming. The procedures I implemented saved the company money, as well as provided a more reliable on-air product. Traveled to all the stations in the group to provide engineering and technical support related to the on air computers and special engineering projects.
· Interviewed, hired, and trained sales staff at Blount Communications, including coaching.
· While at Blount Communications, my results-oriented management style met monthly budgets in a down economy.
· I received recognition at KJRL/KNGM for transitioning the station from an out of town facility to new facilities in a populated town. This increased station presence and exposure, resulting in increased donations from listeners. I also designed and installed new studios.
· I am familiar with the operation and maintenance of Google, Audio Vault, Rivendell, and BSI automation software systems, and am an experienced Microsoft Office user.
· At all positions, I have accepted the responsibility of being a good steward of the stations’ resources

You've got a radio guy here who loves small towns. I know I won't get rich in a small town, but the satisfaction of truly connecting with and being there for my listeners also means something to me.
I know the hours aren't 9 to 5 and we all wear multiple hats. I love being on the air but I also do production, office work and vaccuming or taking out the trash if that's what you need me to do. I'm comfortable around computers and am familiar with blogging/websites/facebook. Rest assured, I will treat youre station like it's my own and will follow all FCC Rules/Guidelines along with ones you set forth for me.
What I'm looking for is a regular sirshift with everything that comes along with it. I can do an entertaining, relaxed and informative airshift without being dirty or nasty. I erron the side of caution and think that the entirely family is listeming to me when I'm on the air. I don't care about the music format of your station as I like all kinds of music and can adapt to whatever music I'm playing
I have airchecks & production demos along with a glowing list of references available upon request. There's alot more I can do for your station, but I figure that would be better discussed privately.
What you read and hear from me is exactly who I am. I look forward to having a chat with you and seeing how I can be a a part of your station.
